Organized Equine Buildings: Tack, Stalls, Feed Bins, Wash Bays

Squeaky clean and organized, our Colorado equine buildings can be custom-designed with places for everything needed to take care of horses. What a pleasure to spend time in a pole barn so endowed! Essentially, with good planning, an equine building by Sapphire Construction, LLC can be constructed turnkey much more quickly than other systems. We use high quality Lester Buildings that wow.

Stalls

Equine BuildingsJust look at these attractive horse stalls chosen for a 4-horse barn along the Front Range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Note the metal bars are available in many colors to fit the decor. Airflow connects to the larger room and high ceilings to create ventilation. These are easy to clean with a hose and allow horses to interact with goings-on in the barn. In addition, the outer wall features a Dutch door and entry to the corral.

Tack

Even metal buildings can be finished with wood interiors and special cabinets to hold tack. Tack Rooms may have floor-to-ceiling racks installed or perhaps saddle stands and blanket holders. Shelving and purposeful accessories make all the difference to easily keep order.

Feed Bins

Equine BuildingsNote the feed bins pull in and out, making it easy for everyone, including young 4-H students, to safely access the bins. The overall design of the equine building can be incorporated into the needs of any size facility.

Wash Bays

Fitted with stall mats, wash bays create a place for grooming. All of the necessary tools can be stored in this waterproof area. Walls can be paneled with special materials and horses can be kept on a line in the special area.

These are just some of the basic facilities that can be incorporated into personal horse barns. Commercial equine buildings may include offices, employee kitchens, etc., and indoor arenas. There are limitless possibilities.
