Country Church Builders – Central Colorado

Looking for church builders?  Sapphire Construction can help, if you plan a church in Central Colorado.  We know of a perfect design.  The pole building.  Our team of designers and engineers will customize it to the look and feel you desire.

Church Building Design Prep

Gather some information for meeting with our building and design teams.  Ask yourself these questions:

  1. What is the expected occupancy and capacity?
  2. How much parking will be legally required for this number of people?
  3. What rooms and activity spaces are needed, inside and outside?
  4. The character, style, and personality you’d like to achieve?
  5. What is your budget?

Main Meeting Room

The post and frame or pole building offers a very large open span for the main meeting room.  Whether you plan to seat 100 or 1000 congregants, the high ceilings and unobstructed views suit the audience.  The space also elevates the conversation.  The minister or priest, rabbi or meeting leader can see everyone in attendance.  And attendees can see the altar area.

Church BuildersThe tall ceilings can be designed simply or with added finished.  Let’s say you would like to install a half dozen stained glass windows along the side aisles.  Dormers could be cut out of the roof or another solution may be decided upon.  Go tall to fit a choir loft or long to fit in additional seating.  You decide and we make it happen in a timely manner.

More Rooms

Our partner, Lester Buildings, has helped create many church buildings throughout the nation.  Each is unique.  The portfolio is broad and full of ideas.  Popular finishes include brick, stucco, metal, and wainscoting.  Common requests for rooms include:

  1. Kitchen and Dining area
  2. Sacristy and/or minister’s quarters
  3. Childcare rooms
  4. Classrooms
  5. Conference room
  6. Bathrooms
  7. Offices
  8. Gift shops

Let’s Talk Spaces

Some spaces do not require soundproofing.  For example, a baptismal fount in the foyer may be open space.  Registration or greeting areas, entryways, and hallways increase accessibility.  An area to distribute pamphlets and magazines may also be open.  Outdoors there are porticos and porches, playgrounds, and parking lots.
