They opened a new White House Fruit Farm retail building by partnering with Lester Building Systems LLC and Witmer’s Inc. Similarly, Sapphire Construction Inc. in Castle Rock, Colorado partners with Lester Building Systems LLC to offer custom pole buildings in Central Colorado.

This is the second Lester Building for the whole family. They selected a sleek hunter green roof—Lester’s Eclipse Roof System® with concrete floors and bright white steel paneling inside. Also included are office space and storage areas. The 16-foot-high ceilings allow for a huge overhead door on the end of the building. The attractive building stands out behind many rows of large pumpkins, gourds and boxes of apples. Customers find an array of gifts and specialty items in the new open span pole building.

The project was executed using Lester Building Systems’ proprietary design software, Improv ®. This helped the family to collaborate and fine-tune their design. The software helps reconcile design ideas with budgets.

This farm shop is a year-round destination for fruits and vegetables and is known for offering 35 varieties of apples. The family traditionally holds many events to razzle-dazzle folks in the area. They offer horse-drawn wagon rides, petting zoos, outside food vendors, music, 5 K runs, and a scarecrow-building contest.

This new farm building is driving revenues. It is a perfect stop to enjoy blueberry donuts or juicy apples. White House Fruit Farm has been growing their business and appreciates the utility of these pole barns. They last a long time and are good-looking.
