I highly recommend Allen and his team if looking to have a structure built. He was completely accurate with the estimate and kept me very informed of the sequence of events and any delays that were encountered for any reason. Allen and his team quickly resolved issues that came up to include my desire to add concrete to an outside overhang that I originally didn't request, to addressing inspection findings in the same day to ensure I was able to use the building as soon as possible.

Sapphire Construction built an indoor arena and enclosed breezeway and hay barn attaching the arena to our existing barn. The project included extensive excavation and some pretty fancy design work to seamlessly connect the new and existing structures. Everyone involved starting with Allen Randa, President of Sapphire Construction, was extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, communicative and honest. Post frame construction

We had a couple of bids from other companies, but our guy from Sapphire Construction explained the Lester product and process in detail and Allen made us feel like we could go ahead.  He was easy to understand and took a lot of time explaining and answering questions.  They were almost done and I wanted to make some major changes (adding a larger loft) and he was fine with it and put it in place.

Hobby Storage Building

"Initially I went online and requested quotes for our project. Alan at Sapphire Construction immediately called inquiring [about] our project. Alan was the first contractor to give us a quote. After giving Alan only brief ideas of how we envisioned the basement, a vision and plan was devised by Alan's experience and attention to detail. I was initially awed by how close his ideas came with ours. Other contractors came by to give us a quote, but none of the contractors could come up with any new ideas. I eventually had to give them Alan's idea and get a quote from that. Of course, Sapphire won the bid because we not only liked his quote and ideas; we also trusted and felt comfortable with Alan. Sapphire Construction has been the best decision we have made in our home renovation projects. The work is superb and the customer service is humbling.
