Colorado Livestock Buildings for Dairy/Beef/Hog Farms

Adaptable Colorado livestock buildings ensure decades of use as dairy barns, beef barns, and hog barns.  The architecture and design for our Colorado livestock buildings accommodate the nitty-gritty functions necessary for successful farms.  Of course, animal health and productivity is always at the top of the list.

Gathering experience over 60 years, the engineers of modern livestock buildings have been able to answer the demands of today’s farmers.  Caring for equipment, dealing with waste, and projecting into future growth are some of the essentials posited by large-scale farmers.

Dairy Barns

Colorado Livestock BuildingsOur team specializes in dairy barns by partnering with b.  The relationship leverages their experience manufacturing thousands of dairy barns.  Our teams are ready to produce a wide variety of freestall dairy barns — from the smaller single building required by a home operation up to large commercial-style operations for some of the largest dairy producers in the USA.

Hallmark engineering expertise helps get it right from the beginning. Superior ventilation systems are designed into each barn. High-quality and rugged materials produced structural integrity.

Beef Barns

Beef farmers are looking for profitability, the comfort of their cows, and shelter from weather extremes, manure management, and feed efficiency.  Our customers herald the advantages of our monoslope beef barn design.  This style is flexible enough to include pens and gates.
Easy to expand upon, the monoslope design includes a long-span central header with minimal interior columns. These buildings provide excellent shelter and ventilation as well as waste conversion.  Open sides increase airflow.

Hog Barns

Along with other custom sizes, are most popular finishing hog barn sizes are the 41-foot wide, 51-foot wide, 81-foot, wide and 102-foot wide designs.  Special insulation to endure higher interior moisture levels and several ventilation systems are available.  Hog operations pose unique requirements, including sow management, breeding, farrowing, nurseries, and finishing.

  • Sow management and breeding is assisted by a variety of floor plans.
  • Farrowing is enhanced by scientific airflow systems.
  • Nurseries with flooring systems can be custom placed in the flexible floor plan.
  • As far as finishing, livestock operations for hogs are built to maintain warmth and dryness.
